International transfers outside the EEA are made under EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where applicable, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Payment data (when entering credit card details to confirm a booking) is processed directly by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland) — no payment cookies are stored on our domain.
