Investors

Own a car in Spain. We run it.

You buy a specific vehicle. We put it to work on the Costa Blanca - bookings, insurance, maintenance, taxes - and pay you your share of what it earns, every month. A physical asset in Spain, managed by an operator with 79 cars on the road.

The operator

Not a plan. A running business.

These cars are on the road today, booked through our own engine, rated by real customers who left their names.

The model

One car, one owner, one contract

You always know which vehicle is yours - plate, mileage, bookings, earnings. No pooled fund, no paper claim on someone else's balance sheet.

01

You fund a car

We select a vehicle that fits your budget and our demand - not what we want to offload. You approve the exact car, with its price and history, before anything is bought.

You approve first
02

We put it to work

Registration, insurance, GPS, photos, listing on our booking engine, our 12 stations and partner channels. The car meets its first customer within days.

Live in days
03

You get paid monthly

Your share lands on your account every month, with reporting that shows the bookings behind the payout - dates, days rented, extras sold.

Every month
04

You exit when you choose

Sell the car through us at the end of the term, or roll the proceeds into a newer vehicle. The car is registered as your asset the whole time.

Your call
Returns

Three ways the money comes back

Monthly rental income

Your share of what the car actually earns - the daily rate plus extras like additional driver, child seats and delivery, which add up over a season.

Paid every month

The car itself

Unlike a paper instrument, the asset is physical, registered and insured in Spain. At the end of the term the vehicle is sold and the proceeds are yours.

Physical asset

Fleet upside

Every new car joins a system that already works: booking engine, 12 stations, airport meet & greet, broker channels. Scale lifts utilisation for the whole fleet.

Entry options

Pick the entry point

Indicative figures based on our current fleet economics. Exact numbers for a specific car are quoted before you commit - nothing here is a promise of return.

Honesty

Risks, stated plainly

Every operator has these four. What matters is who carries them and what is actually done about each one.

Risk 01

Winter demand drops

What we do

Part of the fleet moves to long-term rentals of one to three months for local residents and winter visitors, so cars keep earning outside the tourist peak.

Risk 02

Accidents and repairs happen

What we do

Repairs and idle days come out of the operator's share, not yours. Every car carries full insurance, so major damage is covered rather than deducted from your return.

Risk 03

Cars do not rent themselves

What we do

Demand is generated, not hoped for: our own booking engine, a 5.0 Google rating, 12 stations, airport meet & greet and broker partnerships all feed the same fleet.

Risk 04

The asset loses value over time

What we do

We buy only cars three to four years old with moderate mileage, or new - the segment where the steepest depreciation has already happened and resale stays liquid.
