Five packages, all with third-party liability included; glass & tyre cover comes with Essential and above. We never block money on your card: where a deposit applies, it is a refundable payment - cash, card or bank transfer - returned within 1-3 working days (Basic: within 30 working days). All prices include IVA 21%. You can switch package at any step before you pay, and the widget shows the total for your exact dates.

The 1100 EUR refundable deposit can be paid in cash, by card or by bank transfer - we never block it on your card - and is returned in full within 30 working days after drop-off.

Insurance FAQ
Is my card really not blocked?
Never. With Zero Deposit (the default) and Premium there is no deposit at all. Basic, Essential and Comfort take a refundable deposit - 1100, 500 or 300 EUR - which you can pay in cash, by card or by bank transfer. We never block or pre-authorise anything on your card, and the deposit is returned in full: on Essential and Comfort within 1-3 working days, on Basic within 30 working days.
What exactly is the excess?
The excess is the most you would pay if you damage the car and it is your fault: 2500 EUR on Basic, 900 EUR on Essential, 700 EUR on Comfort, 500 EUR on Zero Deposit, and 0 EUR on Premium. Glass and tyres are covered with no excess on every package from Essential upwards.
How does the deposit work?
On Basic, Essential and Comfort you leave a refundable deposit at pickup - 1100, 500 or 300 EUR - in cash, by card or by bank transfer, whichever suits you. We never block money on your card. On Essential and Comfort the deposit is returned in full within 1-3 working days; on Basic it is returned within 30 working days. On Zero Deposit and Premium there is no deposit at all.
When is the Basic deposit returned?
In full, within 30 working days after drop-off. Pay it your way - cash, card or bank transfer - and it comes back the same way. Can I change my cover?
Yes. You can switch package at any step before payment. Prices are per day and the widget shows your total for the exact dates you choose.
