Mileage is counted cumulatively over the whole rental, 0.30 EUR per extra km. Premium has no daily cap, 4 000 km per month. Deposits are taken as an ordinary payment - cash, card or bank transfer - never as a card pre-authorisation, and refunded to the customer within the term shown above.
Alicante (ALC): meeting at the express parking on the departures level (top floor), opposite Starbucks, flight number tracked, WhatsApp confirmation before landing. Free 09:00-20:00 daily, out-of-hours on request (50 EUR). Valencia (VLC) arrivals: same service on request, 120 EUR each way.
Support 24/7, 365 days a year, in English, Spanish, German, Russian and Ukrainian - phone, WhatsApp and email. Free handover 09:00-20:00. Typical reply within 5 minutes.
Full-to-full fuel policy, 200 km per rental day counted cumulatively over the whole rental - 100 km/day on the entry Basic tier. Premium lifts the daily cap entirely.
Online card payment (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or payment on pickup - any card or cash. The card does not have to be in the driver's name.
EU, UK, US and any other national licence accepted, no International Driving Permit required. Minimum age 21; drivers aged 21-24 pay a 9 EUR/day young driver surcharge, and drivers 75+ pay a one-time 85 EUR surcharge per rental.
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. Child seats 36-42 EUR per rental, additional driver 6 EUR/day - all extras priced upfront, no counter surprises.
Fleet based in Alicante. Outside Alicante we hand the car over at the client's hotel, villa or an agreed meeting point; the default meeting point of each town is listed below. Delivery/collection fee per leg, both directions charged.

We have a flexible hours policy to accommodate your flights or personal needs. Handovers and returns outside 09:00-20:00 can be arranged for an after-hours fee, and delivery to other towns is priced by distance, but we do not offer one-way rentals to other regions.

To rent with us, you need to meet the established age requirements, hold a valid driving licence with the required minimum period of validity, and present your original identification documents. A credit card is never required: you can pay online by credit or debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, by card or cash at handover, or by bank transfer on request.
In the event of a traffic penalty, WeOneRent will receive notification from the relevant authorities. We facilitate the necessary process so that the penalty can be handled correctly. We always recommend respecting speed limits and the traffic regulations in force. If you have any questions, our team will provide guidance on what to bear in mind while driving in the area.
Child seats are €42 per rental (infant and toddler) and boosters €36 per rental, added when you book. For navigation your phone works best - there is no GPS surcharge. Long-term and monthly rentals can include extras by arrangement.

Absolutely. Every car is serviced on schedule and inspected between rentals. For long holidays we offer monthly rentals that can include extras by arrangement, and most packages include 200 km/day calculated cumulatively (Basic 100 km/day, Premium no daily limit up to 4,000 km/month), with €0.30/km over. 24/7 roadside assistance and towing are included from the Comfort package upwards and arranged at cost on Basic and Essential.
Yes. Most packages include a generous 200 km per day, calculated cumulatively across your rental period - for example, a 5-day rental includes 1,000 km in total, and a 10-day rental includes 2,000 km. Basic includes 100 km per day, and Premium has no daily limit up to 4,000 km per month. If you exceed this limit, the excess is charged at €0.30 per kilometre at return, fully transparent on your final invoice. For most trips around the Costa Blanca, Costa del Sol or short inland excursions, 200 km/day is more than enough.
